How do I subscribe to a new service or package of services?
Adding a subscription is easy. New subscribers can either do this by going through our secure online store or calling our office at 949-464-1051. Existing subscribers who currently have a subscription and would like to add a new service, please log into the subscribers area and order directly on the members page. Our services are listed below your current subscriptions. If you would like to convert an existing subscription into a Power Package, you need to call our office at (949) 464-1051.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you wish to cancel future billings on a subscription, please call our office at 949-464-1051. Our office hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm Pacific Time.
How do I update my credit card information?
To change your credit card information you may call our office or log into the subscriber area. Under Useful Links on upper right side of the page is a link to "Update CC Info."
